Included Health is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to act as a key support partner for the Talent Acquisition team. The position is focused on keeping a busy interview pipeline organized, responsive, and moving smoothly for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and outside partners.

Responsibilities

  • Experience managing multiple recruiters, stakeholders, or parallel workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.
