Company Overview
Publicis Groupe Singapore’s Chemistry team is made up of energetic, inventive, and socially minded professionals who help brands build real communities instead of simply broadcasting content. The team combines strong category knowledge, local market understanding, and a social-first mindset to turn audience attention into meaningful action and brand loyalty.
They are looking for a seasoned planner and community-focused professional who can bring together insight and creativity to shape campaigns and narratives that connect with people in a genuine way.
Role Summary
As a Community Manager, you will serve as the public-facing voice for clients across social platforms. Your focus will be on building active online communities, increasing engagement, strengthening brand visibility, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s tone and values. You will also help guide other community managers and collaborate with other teams to deliver a consistent experience for audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will involve shaping community engagement plans, handling day-to-day conversations, monitoring public sentiment, and supporting reputation management. The role also calls for strong coordination with content and social teams, as well as the ability to spot trends and respond to issues quickly and professionally.
Additional Information
This position calls for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media behaviour, audience dynamics, and crisis handling. Experience in an agency environment is preferred, along with the confidence to lead, mentor, and influence community best practices across accounts.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience in social media and community management. A solid background in building engagement strategies, managing teams, writing in a brand voice, and using social listening platforms is important. The role also requires strong analytical ability, sound judgment in sensitive situations, and a genuine interest in digital culture and online communities.
Tools and Platform Knowledge
You should be comfortable working across major social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, and Reddit, and have familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, and Meltwater.
