Position
The Client Advisor serves as the brand representative inside the boutique or store, providing a refined luxury shopping experience. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, building loyalty, and contributing to both sales and store objectives through high-quality service and professional product handling.
Core Responsibilities
- Work flexibly across store activities to support operations and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain alignment with the brand’s style, service approach, and quality expectations throughout the entire sales journey and in after-sales support.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a constructive store atmosphere while staying attentive to personal performance standards.
- Receive merchandise and present products in line with company procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and consistent with company guidelines.
Sales
- Manage the sales journey in accordance with company standards, including the brand’s selling ceremony.
- Deliver consistently strong customer service.
- Handle client relationships in a way that strengthens satisfaction at every stage of the commercial interaction.
- Participate in store and department meetings.
Client Management and CRM
- Provide after-sales support with the same level of care and efficiency to preserve client satisfaction and loyalty and support the brand image.
- Handle customer claims with support from the supervisor.
- Turn every customer interaction into a positive brand experience.
- Share collected client information with management.
- Carry out timely follow-up on client requests.
Product
- Join all in-store product presentations across the various product categories.
- Develop strong knowledge of the products within the assigned category and stay updated on all categories carried in the store.
- Ensure proper care of store items and materials, including cleaning, maintenance, and replacement where needed.
Visual Merchandising
- Monitor the display area within the assigned section and flag anything that requires replenishment or maintenance.
Stock
- Stay informed about store inventory to support better sales performance.
- Take part in year-end, sectional, and rotation stock counts for all product categories.
Theft Prevention and Loss Control
- Follow the assigned position and movement guidelines to help prevent theft and loss, working closely with colleagues when relocating.
- Immediately report any missing items to the supervisor.
Profile
The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and connects well with the brand identity. A genuine interest in the brand and its products is essential, along with excellent people skills, teamwork, and problem-solving ability. The role also calls for composure under pressure, flexibility, and adaptability. Strong spoken and written English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
