Chartered Accountant (Partner)

Role Overview

SLV Developers is seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to step into a partner-level position in Bangalore. This is a full-time role for a professional with deep expertise in taxation, audit, compliance, and client advisory, along with the ability to contribute to business growth and practice expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct statutory, tax, internal, and forensic audit engagements.
• Deliver advisory support on direct tax and indirect tax matters.
• Manage compliance work related to GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
• Appear on behalf of clients before Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory bodies when needed.
• Examine financial statements and confirm adherence to applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee due diligence exercises, business valuation work, and financial advisory assignments.
• Cultivate and sustain strong long-term client relationships.
• Support, coach, and supervise CA paid assistants and articles.
• Contribute to business development efforts and acquisition of new clients.
• Maintain assignment quality and ensure work is completed within deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with ICAI membership.
• Should have 8 to 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior exposure to CA firm environments is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, the Companies Act, and accounting standards is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities are expected.
