Working style and expectations
You should consistently aim for high standards, stay solution-oriented, and be ready for a demanding work schedule. The ideal candidate will be culturally aware and reflect the Emirates personality: professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan.

Pay is made up of three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
