Role Overview

This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is suited to a business development professional who can expand the client base and drive revenue through corporate training and learning solutions. The position focuses on selling training programs, professional certifications, and tailored development offerings to organizations across the corporate, government, and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, develop, and convert fresh business opportunities by engaging corporate clients, government bodies, educational organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Market and close sales for corporate training solutions, certification programs, and customized learning services.
  • Develop strong working relationships with HR, Learning & Development, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.
  • Meet clients to assess their business needs and suggest appropriate training and development options.
  • Create and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate deal terms and secure successful closures to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.
  • Work closely with the Training Operations team to support smooth program execution and delivery.
  • Keep CRM records current with client communications, sales actions, and opportunity updates.
  • Consistently meet and outperform monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track market developments, competitor moves, and new training needs to uncover additional opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development or corporate training sales.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate learning solutions, professional certifications, and L&D services.
  • An existing network of corporate contacts and decision-makers is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities and turn leads into business.
