Main duties

• Prepare breakfast service items according to the hotel’s new casual self-service breakfast concept.
• Follow HACCP procedures and food safety standards throughout kitchen operations.
• Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the agreed recipe and presentation standards.
• Keep food waste to a minimum by following correct kitchen procedures.
• Maintain strong hygiene standards and complete cleaning tasks according to the established schedule.
• Stay alert to kitchen hazards and safety risks, and take practical steps to reduce the chance of injury.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should have previous experience in a similar kitchen role, take pride in producing high-quality meals, pay close attention to detail, and work well as part of a team.

Working hours

The role involves a 6:00 am to 1:00 pm shift. It may suit someone who prefers shorter hours, and the working pattern may also support a shorter working week.
