Role Overview
This position is for a Branch Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad, responsible for expanding business through channel-led sales, dealer networks, and distributor relationships.
What the Role Requires
The ideal candidate should bring 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in channel sales, dealer management, and distributor management. Prior exposure to lithium-ion batteries, energy storage, EV batteries, inverters, or broader power-solutions businesses is preferred.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for someone with a proven history of building dealer networks, improving regional sales performance, and working successfully in B2B and channel-driven markets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities are important, along with a readiness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
