Role Overview
Corvane International Enterprise is hiring a Book Keeper in Ahmedabad, India. The role focuses on maintaining day-to-day accounting records, handling reconciliations, supporting payroll and tax-related activities, and keeping inventory-related financial records accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payment processing and match accounts to ensure records are balanced.
- Keep bookkeeping data up to date in QuickBooks.
- Compile and submit monthly financial statements and summaries.
- Follow accounting standards and maintain compliant financial practices.
- Track inventory levels and reflect them correctly in the books.
- Make monthly sales tax payments.
- Run payroll activities on a monthly basis.

Eligibility
Applicants should have a B.Com degree in one of the following areas: Cost Accounting and Costing, Accounting, Account and Finance, or Accounting and Taxation. Candidates with a B.B.A. / B.M.S. background in Accounting are also eligible.
Skills Expected
This position requires strong bookkeeping knowledge, familiarity with QuickBooks, basic accounting and reconciliation ability, payroll processing awareness, inventory accounting exposure, and communication skills in English and Gujarati.
