About the Role
Join a busy bakery team where your love for baking helps deliver fresh, high-quality products to customers every day. The environment is energetic and fast-moving, with colleagues who share knowledge, build capability and help team members continue developing their bakery skills.
Working Hours
The roster runs from Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting at 3:00 AM and finishing at 11:30 AM.
What You Need
You must hold a formal baking qualification and have relevant work experience.
What You’ll Do
- Show customer-focused behaviour by practicing Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
- Maintain a tidy, hygienic and safe work area while following proper food-handling practices.
- Bring curiosity and a willingness to keep learning and developing professionally.
- Support the Bakery team with care and a genuine interest in helping lead the group.
- Look after your own wellbeing and resilience, while encouraging the same mindset in teammates.
- Create appealing, high-quality baked goods that customers will enjoy.
- Apply your qualifications to demonstrate strong technical ability and commitment to the craft.
- Work comfortably in a demanding, fast-paced bakery setting.
