About Beam AI
Beam AI is creating the operating layer for AI-first enterprises. Its platform is designed to help organisations automate complex workflows using self-learning AI agents that get better through real-world use. The company supports everyone from rapidly growing startups to global enterprise brands in moving past pilots and into AI deployments that produce measurable business impact.
The vision is to make AI an active part of how companies run, learn, and expand rather than just a support tool.
About the Team
The go-to-market team at Beam AI focuses on introducing AI agents into real enterprise settings. It works closely with sales, marketing, product, and deployment teams to uncover valuable use cases, refine solutions, and help customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
This is not a conventional SaaS sales setup. The team is still shaping best practices, testing new approaches, and building scalable methods for bringing AI into enterprise operations. The role offers exposure to experienced GTM leaders, account executives, and solutions engineers in a highly collaborative environment built around learning, experimentation, and execution.
Role Overview
Beam AI is expanding its outbound engine to meet increasing demand for AI agents across the GCC. The Associate Sales Development Representative will help drive the top of the funnel in the Gulf region by prospecting enterprise and government-linked accounts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman, qualifying inbound interest, and working with account executives and GTM leaders to create enterprise opportunities.
This is a high-impact role within the GTM team. The person in this position will own outbound messaging, discovery, and qualification for Beam’s most strategic GCC accounts while working directly inside active enterprise sales cycles. The role is central to winning complex AI deals in the region and is designed to build strong foundational GTM skills over time.
The position involves close collaboration with account executives, vertical leads, marketing, and solutions engineering to identify the right accounts, create effective outreach in both English and Arabic, and turn interest into qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate target GCC accounts, map key stakeholders in operations, customer experience, finance, IT, and government-linked organisations, and tailor outreach to each prospect’s business reality.
- Assess inbound leads against ICP criteria and pass the right opportunities to the appropriate account executive quickly.
- Book qualified meetings for account executives using targeted multi-channel outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and video, while adjusting the cadence and mix to fit regional buying patterns.
- Work with account executives and GTM leaders on account planning, territory coverage, and outbound sequencing across the UAE, KSA, and the wider GCC.
- Keep CRM records accurate, maintain clean pipeline data, and ensure handoff notes are complete and disciplined.
- Collaborate proactively with marketing to test messaging, sequences, and channels, then share insights back with the wider GTM team.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets, including qualified meetings and accepted opportunities.
- Stay informed about the AI agent market, Beam’s product, Vision 2030 and related national AI strategies, plus the industries the business serves, so conversations with senior regional buyers remain relevant and informed.
Requirements
- Evidence of strong performance in SDR/BDR roles, internships, entrepreneurial work, competitive settings, student sales groups, or other goal-driven experiences.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with enough understanding of the AI agent space to speak credibly with enterprise stakeholders from the outset.
- Practical experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with outbound tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or similar solutions.
- Genuine interest in AI, automation, or enterprise software.
- A history of hitting or surpassing pipeline or meeting targets.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling to operations, customer experience, finance, IT, or regulated sectors.
- Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or workflow software products.
- Strong business-level English; professional Arabic is preferred.
- Familiarity with vertical GTM strategies or named-account selling.
- Contribution to outbound playbooks or sequence creation.
- Experience in a fast-scaling startup environment.
Benefits and Culture
Beam aims to create an environment where ambitious people can do excellent work with clarity, purpose, and room to grow. The company values thoughtful building, strong execution, and hiring people who care deeply about quality and impact. The environment is designed to avoid rigid hierarchy and excessive process, and instead emphasises trust, high standards, ownership, and curiosity.
Its culture is guided by the following principles:
- AI-native thinking: team members use AI tools daily, think in agentic workflows, and look for leverage through automation.
- Customer obsession: the team works with urgency and empathy, engages customers early and often, and judges success by customer outcomes.
- Speed as a habit: the company moves quickly, learns fast, and values small experiments with tight feedback loops over perfectionism.
- Leverage-focused execution: Beam hires for high impact, concentrates on what drives results, and values direct, constructive feedback.
- Highly aligned, loosely coupled: the team aligns around outcomes while allowing people to work independently without isolation.
- Data-driven, human-guided: the company seeks clarity, encourages speaking up early, and uses feedback to improve together.
Additional Information
The role is based in Dubai and is a full-time onsite position. The work involves regional outreach across the GCC and close coordination with cross-functional teams. Candidates who are excited by fast-paced problem solving, enterprise AI, and ownership in a high-growth setting are encouraged to consider the opportunity.
