Role Overview
This contract HR Associate Generalist opportunity supports a major healthcare organization in the Houston, Texas 77024 area. It is suited to an HR professional who is comfortable working with HR systems and can handle a wide range of generalist duties.
Work Schedule
The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean up and maintain employee and HR records in Oracle HR.
- Assist with migrating job descriptions and mapping associated skills.
- Check job-related information carefully to confirm it is correct.
- Review system-generated skills suggestions and job classification outputs.
- Use judgment to determine proper skill matches and job profile alignment.
- Help preserve accurate and consistent data across HR platforms.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Well-rounded HR knowledge with generalist exposure.
- Experience in HR Shared Services is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools; Oracle knowledge is a strong plus.
- Strong focus on precision and data quality.
- Ability to review information critically and make sound decisions.
