The program is centered on experimentation, building, and problem-solving rather than rote learning, and its design draws inspiration from top startup cultures and leaders from McKinsey, Google, and Stanford. Since 2016, TKS has reached over 4,000 students in more than 60 countries through in-person and virtual programming, creating a community focused on leadership, growth, and innovation.

Role Summary

The Associate Director position is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, UAE. In this position, you will support the Dubai Program Director in running the 10-month TKS program for approximately 160 students. The role suits someone who is passionate about helping young people unlock their potential and wants to contribute to meaningful change at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Program Director to deliver weekly program sessions and keep student engagement high.
• Create and run practical learning experiences, including conference visits, guest speaker sessions, and tours of companies or labs when possible.
• Act as a main contact for parents, mentors, and partners, maintaining prompt and clear communication around program objectives and student progress.
• Guide students individually through mentorship, feedback, and support that strengthens both their projects and personal development.
• Help coordinate the practical details for special experiences such as events, conferences, speaker sessions, and industry or lab visits.
• Support student recruitment by connecting with schools, using community relationships, hosting information sessions, developing partnerships, reviewing applications, and interviewing candidates.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in education, technology, or program management.
• Background in launching, managing, or improving engaging programs or initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, stakeholders, and partners from different backgrounds.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong ability to adapt, problem-solve, and perform well in a fast-moving environment.

Additional Information

This role is based in Dubai, UAE and requires on-site presence. The program the Associate Director supports runs for 10 months and serves roughly 160 students.
