• Check room status, allocate rooms for service, inspect readiness, and share timely updates so rooms are available when needed.
• Oversee housekeeping inventory by maintaining adequate supplies of linens and consumables and making sure carts and storage spaces remain properly stocked.
• Assist with operational coordination by reviewing payroll-related reports, organizing work schedules, and handling the lost and found process.
• Work with Engineering and Property Operations to arrange prompt maintenance and repair support for guest rooms and shared areas.
• Guide and support team members through supervision, performance monitoring, coaching, and by helping build a positive and productive work culture.
