Role summary
This position supports the Director of Engineering in running the Engineering Department efficiently and cost-effectively, while helping meet the needs of all operating departments and keeping the property’s systems, structures, and outdoor areas in excellent working order.
What the role involves
You will help oversee engineering operations so the team can provide reliable support across the hotel and residences. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, buildings, and grounds in top condition while ensuring service delivery remains smooth and economical.
Qualifications
A university degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Building Management is preferred. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager. Strong problem-solving ability, along with solid administrative and interpersonal skills, is essential.
