What the job involves

Selected team members will support roadwork and asphalt operations at different work sites, with duties varying by trade and project needs. The role may require operating equipment, assisting crew members, and contributing to safe and efficient site execution.

Candidate requirements

• Applicants should be comfortable working flexible schedules, including overtime, and being assigned to different locations.
• A valid driver’s licence is required for travel to and from the job site and may also be used for driving company vehicles.
• All safety-related employment standards must be met, along with company policies and procedures.

Education and experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is needed, and previous experience is not required.

Compensation and work schedule

This is a full-time position paying between $21.88 and $45.51 per hour. The work schedule is an 8-hour shift, with overtime opportunities available.
