Application Manager

Role overview

As the Application Manager, you will work directly with the CTO to improve how the company’s software environment runs. The position focuses on refining workflows, managing application links, and helping expand the system as the business grows.

Key focus areas

• Improve and establish new workflows and operational processes across the application environment.
• Streamline how different systems connect, using Celigo as the middleware platform.
• Build deeper knowledge of the ERP platform and support integration work for newly acquired businesses across the wider ecosystem.
• Assist end users and provide practical support where needed.
• Help onboard new brands into the application landscape.
• Manage user access and administration profiles with attention to security and privacy.
• Coordinate with technical support teams from software vendors and service providers.
• Apply a basic understanding of software architecture and data handling.
• Monitor data quality and safeguard data integrity across the organization.

Profile and experience

The ideal candidate has HBO+/WO-level working and thinking ability and at least 3 years of experience in an IT, business analyst, product owner, product manager, or application administrator role. A strong interest in automation and software is important, along with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. You should be comfortable improving processes in a structured way, and have prior experience connecting software through middleware or with SOAP/XML and REST API integrations. The ability to quickly understand new software and business processes is essential.
