What you will do

  • Work closely with senior leaders and Global Talent centers of excellence to convert business priorities into analytical questions, reports, and insights.
  • Deliver workforce analytics and reporting that support planning, forecasting, and informed decision-making.
  • Spot patterns, risks, and opportunities in people data and turn them into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with executive stakeholders, Global Talent teams, and HR Services.
  • Align expectations, priorities, and delivery timelines across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent analytics and workforce insights.
  • Create and improve executive-ready dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Use multiple HR and talent data sources to build analytics solutions that scale.
  • Support analytics environments built on Data Lake / Data Mart structures with attention to data quality and governance.
  • Partner with analytics and technical teams on digital improvements and platform enhancements within the talent development ecosystem.
  • Help integrate workforce data from systems such as People Insights, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and other HR tools.
  • Ensure data-related work follows privacy, security, and legal requirements.
  • Lead and coach a small analytics team, building capability through development and guidance.
  • Plan and track analytics initiatives using strong project and program management discipline.
  • Match team skills and capacity to changing business needs.

Skills and experience needed

  • Strong background in HR / people analytics and advanced data analysis.
  • Expert-level Power BI capability, including DAX, is required.
  • Practical experience with Excel, Power Apps, and MS PowerPoint for analysis and leadership communication.
  • Hands-on exposure to Data Lake / Data Mart environments.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and workforce metrics.
  • Experience measuring indicators such as coverage, trends, business impact, participation, completion, quality, individual learning progress, learning hours, badges, and credits.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong client-facing communication and the ability to make complex analytics easy to understand.
  • Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and delivery management skills.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Statistics, Decision Science, MIS, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related subject is preferred. The role also requires 7 to 9 years of experience in people analytics, reporting, and advanced analytics delivery.
