Role Overview

Klein ISD is hiring an elementary special education aide for the 2026-2027 school year in Spring, Texas. This is a full-time, on-campus position supporting a base setting with a 7.5-hour workday.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this role is $15.37.

Eligibility and Federal Qualification Requirement

If selected for employment, educational assistant candidates must satisfy the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Highly Qualified standard. This requirement can be met in any one of the following ways: proof of 48 college credits, proof of an associate degree, proof of a bachelor's degree, or passing the ESSA assessment.
