About the Company

Replit is an agentic software creation platform that lets people build applications by describing what they want in natural language. With a global user base in the millions, the company aims to make software development more accessible by removing many of the usual barriers to building apps.

About the Role

Replit is hiring a highly organized, self-driven Administrative Assistant to support 2–3 VP-level leaders. This position suits someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments, keeping operations running smoothly, and helping leaders stay focused on the work that matters most.

You will handle a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities, including calendar management, meeting planning, travel coordination, team events, and general day-to-day support. The role calls for sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving setting.

Administrative Support

  • Own calendar management for VP-level leaders, including setting up meetings and working through conflicts.
  • Organize internal and external meetings across different stakeholders and time zones.
  • Book travel, lodging, and complete travel itineraries.
  • Submit expense reports and handle other administrative tasks as required.
  • Keep leaders on track by monitoring action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.

Team and Meeting Coordination

  • Plan team meetings, offsites, and other group events.
  • Create agendas, meeting documents, and notes when needed.
  • Support logistics for onboarding new team members.
  • Help coordinate quarterly planning sessions, team reviews, and other regular operating meetings.

Operational Excellence

  • Keep documentation, shared resources, and organizational systems up to date.
  • Look for ways to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Work alongside other Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, and cross-functional partners to align on tasks and solve problems.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Act as a dependable contact for scheduling and coordination requests.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, candidates, customers, and outside partners.
  • Build effective working relationships across the company and contribute to a positive support experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, office management, or operations role. Strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to switch between priorities quickly are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion, or similar productivity software, is important. You should also be able to exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion when working with sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting leaders or teams at a fast-growing technology company is preferred, along with exposure to event planning, offsites, or recurring team meetings. Candidates who are comfortable building accurate presentations, documents, and spreadsheets, and who can anticipate needs before they arise, will be especially strong matches.

What Success Looks Like

  • Leaders receive strong support, stay organized, and can focus on strategic work.
  • Meetings, travel, and team gatherings are handled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administrative systems are dependable, scalable, and continuously improving.
  • Team members have a positive experience partnering with you and receiving support from you.
