What we're looking for
The ideal candidate may have previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper, Finance Administrator, Accounts Administrator, or Assistant Accountant. This role is well suited to someone with experience in small to medium businesses where priorities shift and no two days are identical.
Experience across bookkeeping, accounts administration, accounts payable, reconciliations, and liaising with both customers and suppliers will be valuable. Exposure to ERP systems is helpful, and Jim2 experience would be an advantage, though it is not essential. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is also expected.
You should bring strong organisation, a sharp eye for detail, a practical and proactive attitude, and the ability to manage competing priorities on your own. Clear communication, good customer service skills, and full Australian working rights are required.
Work environment and package
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based role in Forrestfield with onsite parking provided. The team is small and supportive, and the salary is around $85,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation, with an hourly-rate equivalent while on temporary terms.
