Role overview
Nextcloud is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Accountant / Finance Executive Assistant to support its finance function. In this role, you will work alongside finance leaders and contribute directly to the smooth running of financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable activities.
- Handle notifications related to foreign payments that must be reported.
- Oversee the dunning and follow-up process for overdue payments.
- Clarify and reconcile accounts to ensure records are accurate.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers and debtors regarding payment arrangements.
- Process employee travel expense claims.
- Support financial planning activities.
- Take care of general back-office administrative work.
