Role Summary

We are looking for a well-organized and seasoned Accountant to join the Finance team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role covering daily accounting work, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll coordination, and compliance-related tasks. The right candidate should bring solid financial management experience and be able to support business decisions through precise reporting and financial insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and keep financial records complete and accurate.
• Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Create budgets and forecasts, then track performance against them.
• Support HR by preparing and reconciling WPS payroll files.
• Prepare and oversee LPOS, while tracking the associated spending.
• Compile Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and other management reports.
• Carry out bank reconciliations and review general ledger balances.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process vendor invoices, outgoing payments, and customer billing.
• Track cash movement and assist with financial planning work.
• Maintain compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT rules, and internal company policies.
• Assist with both internal and external audit processes.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, government bodies, and other outside stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and support management with ad hoc reporting when needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience is preferred, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, WPS payroll processing, LPOS, balance sheet preparation, Profit & Loss reporting, and management reporting is expected.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP platforms is needed.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Excellent analytical ability, organization, and problem-solving capability are important.
• A high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills, is important.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent credential will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetic sector is preferred.
