Role overview
Dalata Hotel Group is looking for an Accommodation Assistant to join its Bristol hotel team. This role is part of a supportive, service-led environment where training, internal progression, and team development are strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities
- Get guest rooms and shared spaces ready to the standards expected by Dalata.
- Identify any maintenance issues, damaged items, or areas that need attention.
- Provide support across other departments whenever required.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful, though not essential.
- A strong customer-focused mindset.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ambition to learn and develop within the role.
