About the internship
Pawzz Foundation is looking for an energetic and driven intern to support talent acquisition while also coordinating a large team of fundraising interns. This position is suited to someone who can balance recruitment work, people management, and daily execution in line with the organization’s animal welfare mission.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of 100 interns, with a strong focus on hitting daily output targets.
- Track intern activity on a day-to-day basis and maintain precise records along with timely updates and insights.
- Handle the full hiring cycle, from screening candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding and exit formalities.
- Respond quickly to team questions and help remove operational roadblocks.
- Create and apply initiatives that improve morale, engagement, and overall team productivity.
- Prepare formal HR documents such as offer letters, certificates, and letters of recommendation.

Compensation
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 7,000 to INR 17,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 6,000 to INR 7,000 per month and an incentive component of INR 1,000 to INR 10,000 per month.
Additional details
The role reports directly to the HR Manager. The selected intern will also be responsible for leading the 100-member intern team that reports into this position.
