About the internship
Gharpayy operates in the rental and accommodation space, where the focus is on creating strong supply and demand networks in fast-growing locations. The team relies on practical, data-backed decisions to help customers discover the right stay options while improving occupancy and revenue through market expansion and disciplined execution.
What you will do
- Identify promising localities and open new market zones by setting up operations in those areas.
- Build supply by partnering with PG owners and expanding the property portfolio.
- Increase bookings and occupancy by converting leads into paying customers.
- Handle the full operating cycle across supply, sales, and customer experience.
- Keep booking, visit scheduling, and check-in flows running smoothly for customers.
- Recruit and supervise local field teams to support zone-level execution.
- Monitor competitors and study market movements to spot expansion opportunities.
- Create and refine processes so each zone can function independently.
- Use a consultative sales approach to help high-intent customers make informed choices.

Stipend
