About the internship
Taishan Sports Engineering (Singapore) is seeking a remote intern in India to support its expanding online sales operations. The company supplies professional sports equipment, athletic gear, and specialized facility solutions across Southeast Asia, and works with organizations such as education authorities, sports councils, and international sporting events including the SEA Games.
This internship blends e-commerce operations with AI-assisted image production. The selected candidate will support the team for 3 to 6 months, and strong performance may lead to a permanent full-time role.
What you will do
- Handle everyday storefront activities on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon, including adding products, managing variants, and keeping inventory updated.
- Draft polished product copy and improve titles, tags, and specifications so listings are easier to find and convert better.
- Process product photos in batches by cleaning, enhancing, and upscaling them with AI-enabled tools like Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill, Photoroom, or Midjourney for marketplace use.
- Design realistic gym or athletic-style backgrounds with generative AI to support a premium visual presentation.
- Run routine checks and catalog reviews to make sure images, product details, pricing, and visual quality meet global standards.

Other requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Tamil language proficiency.
- Hands-on familiarity with Shopify.
- Hands-on familiarity with WooCommerce.
- Experience or familiarity with Amazon marketplace management.
- Ability to manage product catalogs.
- Skill in writing e-commerce-focused product copy.
- Comfort working with AI-based photo editing tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including Generative Fill and Select Subject.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A portfolio showing basic photo editing work or e-commerce listing work.
- A dependable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Recent graduates or final-semester students with a strong interest in e-commerce and visual design are preferred.
Compensation and perks
The internship offers a stipend of INR 8,000 to 14,000 per month. Additional benefits include a letter of recommendation and flexible working hours.
