About the internship
Join a fast-growing travel operations technology company based in Bethesda, Maryland, that helps businesses manage global corporate travel with AI-led workflows and automated travel intelligence. The platform is used by major international brands to simplify enterprise travel and airline crew logistics across multiple markets.
What you will do
- Get practical exposure to Global Distribution Systems, including Sabre and Galileo Travelport.
- Use modern travel and financial tools such as Coferma as part of daily work.
- Coordinate with international airlines and travel partners to handle bookings, disruptions, and other travel issues.
- Support business travelers by resolving their travel-related concerns and providing strong customer service.
- Handle live travel operations and help find solutions for complex booking situations.
- Work with the accounts team and outside vendors to support reconciliation and financial coordination.
- Assist with operational tasks across global travel management workflows.
- Collaborate with teams working in US business hours to gain international exposure.
- Strengthen problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and operations skills in a fast-moving environment.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open to candidates who can work remotely, are available for the full 6-month internship, and can begin between 29th Jun'26 and 3rd Aug'26. Additional information
