About the Role
This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a driven Technical Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for product-led SaaS businesses. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technology positions in the domestic market and calls for excellent coordination with internal stakeholders, strong sourcing ability, and the judgment to bring in high-quality technical talent in a competitive market.

It is a large talent search firm with 100+ professionals and offices in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Kolkata. The company works across talent sourcing, assessment, and placement, helping clients find people who match both culture and business goals. Its work spans multiple industries and functions, including IT, KPO, e-commerce, BFSI, management consulting, FMCG/CD, investment banking, hospitality, telecom, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full hiring cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer closure, and joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape effective recruiting plans.
- Find talent through job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Recruit for a wide range of technical roles such as software engineers, full stack developers, frontend developers, backend developers, DevOps engineers, QA engineers, product managers, data engineers, and related positions.
- Assess candidate backgrounds, technical capability, fit with the team culture, and long-term career alignment.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain a healthy and active talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Record hiring activity accurately in ATS platforms and recruitment databases, and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Keep track of market trends, talent supply, and technology hiring developments in the SaaS ecosystem.
Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment.
- Previous exposure to hiring for product-based SaaS companies is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of software technologies, technical job families, and modern hiring approaches.
- Experience with permanent staffing and lateral hiring.
- Practical experience using sourcing and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder handling and negotiation ability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Well-developed planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to hiring across engineering, product, data, cloud, and DevOps teams.
- Background in high-growth startup or product-company hiring environments.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.

Additional Information
Work location is remote. The role is a full-time position. The salary range mentioned is INR 5,00,000 to INR 12,00,000 per year.
