Role Overview

The organisation is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive, Information Technology to support the resort’s technology environment and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the resort’s information systems, business applications, and hardware so IT services remain dependable and secure.
• Coordinate and carry out system enhancements and upgrades to support changing business needs and improve efficiency.
• Provide IT assistance and user training to improve adoption of technology and quickly resolve technical issues.
• Recommend and deploy practical technology solutions that strengthen resort operations and improve the experience for guests and employees.
• Work closely with teams across the business and other stakeholders to identify technology requirements and deliver useful solutions.
• Use data literacy skills to interpret dashboards, reports, visualisations, and business trends through Power BI.
• Create straightforward workflows, forms, and automation using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Draft clear prompts for AI tools so they can generate accurate responses or help automate tasks.
• Use basic Python or scripting knowledge for simple automation, data handling, and system-related tasks.
• Work with AI platforms including AWS AI services, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude in support of IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience handling IT systems and infrastructure, ideally in hospitality or a similar environment.
• A certification in Information Technology or a related field, showing foundational technical knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the interpersonal ability to support users and conduct effective training.
• Working familiarity with Power BI, data literacy, Power Automate, prompt writing, Python, basic scripting, and AI platforms.
