About the Role
Doctify is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team as the business continues to expand internationally. The role will focus on building sales momentum across several verticals and contributing directly to the next stage of the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prospect leads to create new opportunities for Account Executives.
- Use sales systems and tools, including Salesforce, to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Meet and exceed daily activity goals and monthly performance targets with support from management and the wider team.
- Take ownership of personal pipeline development and help strengthen the sales funnel while supporting revenue growth.
- Build strong product knowledge and become a credible voice in the HealthTech space.
About You
- You speak English fluently.
- You have at least 6 months of experience in outbound sales or new business outreach; industry experience is not required.
- You are driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve strong results.
- You communicate confidently and are comfortable handling phone-based outreach.
- You show persistence and resilience, recovering quickly from rejection and staying focused on the next opportunity.
- You enjoy a fast-moving environment and adapt well to change and new challenges.
