Sales Advisor

Role overview

As a Sales Advisor, you will help shape the in-store customer journey each day. Your focus will be to introduce customers to the brand and its products through friendly service, helpful conversations, and a careful eye for detail, so every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and confident in making a purchase.

The position is designed to build strong basics in customer care, product understanding, and teamwork, while helping you become more assured and consistent in your day-to-day work.

Customer and brand experience

• Greet shoppers in a warm and approachable way so they feel comfortable from the moment they enter the store.
• Pay close attention to what customers need and guide them with practical, well-informed product recommendations.
• Provide service that aligns with premium brand expectations and company values.
• Assist with customer queries raised in store, by phone, or online when needed.
• Explain product details clearly and simply so customers can make confident choices.
• Act as a positive representative of the brand through your attitude, communication style, and service.
• Support relationship building and customer data collection as part of regular service, with direction from the team.
• Look for opportunities to exceed expectations so customers leave with a positive impression.

Teamwork and culture

• Work cooperatively with colleagues and help out during busier periods.
• Communicate in a clear, respectful manner with both customers and fellow team members.
• Be receptive to coaching, training, and feedback that support your development.
• Follow established routines and ways of working to help the team deliver consistently.

Store operations

• Carry out daily store tasks accurately and within the required timeframes.
• Follow cash handling, security, and health and safety procedures with confidence.
• Treat products and store fixtures carefully so presentation standards are maintained.
• Help with replenishment, housekeeping, and stock-related work as instructed.
• Stay attentive to customers while also completing operational tasks smoothly.
• Escalate any concerns, risks, or issues promptly to a Supervisor or Manager.

About you

• You are friendly, easy to approach, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• You are dependable, well organised, and able to follow clear processes.
• You are eager to learn and build new skills.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.
• Previous retail experience can help, but it is not required; enthusiasm and the right attitude matter most.
