Key responsibilities

Develop advanced benchmarking tasks for AI training based on sound practices in risk assessment and incident response.
Work with internal and external stakeholders so the rubrics fit enterprise processes, including HR, security, and communications teams.
Deliver strong written and spoken feedback that helps refine AI performance and improve rubric quality.
Study crisis-management situations and contribute to multi-step response planning that supports operational continuity.

Required background

Demonstrated experience in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning in a simple way.
Good judgment when working with incomplete information, along with the ability to design practical multi-stage responses.
Strong understanding of how HR, security, and communications workflows operate within organizations.
Hands-on experience creating, documenting, and assessing structured rubrics or evaluation frameworks.
Analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and experience turning data into meaningful insights.
