Role Overview

MGAC is looking for a Client-Side Project Manager to lead projects for clients from early-stage feasibility through to final delivery. In this position, you will serve as a dependable advisor to the client while coordinating consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep commercial, schedule, and quality targets on track.

This is a high-responsibility opportunity with close client interaction and the chance to contribute to major projects as part of a supportive, high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and confident approach, solid organisation, and the ability to manage time effectively. A tertiary qualification at bachelor’s or master’s level is expected, along with 3–5 years of experience with a main contractor in roles such as contract administration, project management, or project coordination. Applicants must also have the right to work in Australia.

Salary

The compensation range for this role is approximately $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. The stated range is a guide only and may change based on expertise, location, and other factors. Base pay may be supplemented by bonuses and additional benefits.
