Role overview
Pinnacle Health is looking for an experienced administrator or coordinator to step into a permanent full-time Programme Support role supporting Clinical Teams. This position focuses on keeping service delivery running smoothly through strong coordination, administration, and relationship management.
What you will do
You will provide dependable support to clinical services managers and help coordinate programme delivery across the service. The role includes managing referrals, caseloads, and service activity, as well as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records and resources.
You will also work closely with whānau, schools, GPs, iwi providers, and community organisations, making sure communication remains culturally safe and aligned with kaupapa.
About you
The ideal candidate brings solid administrative experience, a detail-focused approach, and a genuine interest in data. You should be comfortable working in the health sector, although this is preferred rather than essential, and be confident using Microsoft tools, especially Excel. Strong database skills, good IT confidence, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are important.
You will be someone who enjoys working with people, contributes positively to a team, takes initiative, and stays adaptable in a changing environment. The role also requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your own workload effectively, along with a current full driver licence.
What we offer
Pinnacle offers the chance to join a skilled team focused on helping people stay healthy. The organisation is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, supports ongoing learning and development, and promotes a healthy work-life balance through flexible working options and additional gifted leave. Health and wellbeing benefits include medical insurance, EAP support, free flu vaccinations, and more.
About the team
Pinnacle has a strong commitment to improving health equity for Māori and communities, and it also holds an equity commitment to its Pasifika population. The team works with a proactive, wellness-led mindset and values innovation, energy, and meaningful community impact. Every team member is supported to make a difference and contribute to healthier, more connected communities.
