Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a proactive tender roadmap so sourcing happens on time, specifications are clear, and execution runs smoothly.
  • Improve the full supply chain flow from procurement to delivery onboard across global operations.
  • Build and maintain a strong supplier network that delivers quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Continuously enhance the food and beverage portfolio, including a premium wine and beverage range that reflects brand standards.
  • Oversee inventory governance across major categories so demand, product lifecycle, and onboard availability remain aligned.
  • Manage an inventory portfolio of about USD 110 million, with focus on SKU optimization, stock ageing control, and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure planning outputs match stock levels and operational needs to support uninterrupted service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across ERP, QOSMOS, and HORIZON platforms.
  • Lead the full tender process, from planning and specification development to supplier coordination and contract completion.
  • Make sure tender results, planning requirements, and operational delivery are fully connected.
  • Oversee sourcing approaches, logistics movement, and catering operations as part of the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Reduce supply-related risks and protect continuity of supply across all regions.
  • Manage supplier performance and development, with emphasis on quality, reliability, and ongoing improvement.
  • Drive end-to-end F&B product development and implementation, including the wine and spirits programme and strategic partnerships.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department that relate to this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience in F&B planning, sourcing, product development, or airline catering operations.
  • WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines (DipWSET) or a higher qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience handling F&B planning, sourcing, product development, or airline catering at scale.
  • Strong analytical ability and sound commercial judgment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach people, and support development.
  • Experience working with industry specialists such as Master of Wine professionals, sommeliers, and mixologists.
  • Background working with international suppliers and in premium hospitality or aviation settings.
  • Advanced capability in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead complex operations in a fast-moving global environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
