Role overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Agent-Technician (Kitchen and Laundry Mechanic) who can carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks to install, diagnose, repair, and service the property’s equipment and facilities. The goal is to keep all areas safe, operational, and ready to deliver a comfortable guest experience.

Key duties

Your work will focus on preventive maintenance, quick response to safety concerns, and practical support for guests and the property team.

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance across the property’s systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Identify safety risks in all areas and take prompt corrective action when issues are found.
• Provide guests with clear, helpful guidance about property facilities when needed.

Profile and qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring practical maintenance exposure along with strong people skills and a dependable work style.

• Previous experience in building or property maintenance is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and a solid approach to solving problems.
