Kitchen Assistant

Role overview

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will help keep kitchen operations running efficiently during busy service periods. Your role will be to ensure the kitchen remains fully stocked, clean, and ready, while supporting the wider team with whatever they need to produce great dishes for customers.

Key duties

• Support the kitchen team so day-to-day service stays smooth and efficient.
• Keep kitchen areas supplied with the items needed for service.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen.
• Follow hygiene requirements and health and safety rules to protect colleagues and visitors.
• Communicate effectively with teammates so they have the support and resources they need.
