Role overview

We are hiring a Hire Coordinator to join Aggreko in Riyadh. This position focuses on managing the full contract lifecycle for rental activity, covering onboarding, amendments, extensions, and off-hire processes. You will work closely with CSR-CS, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Billing, and Finance to strengthen contract control, support revenue recognition, and ensure commercial compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customer contract administration, setting clear expectations and keeping stakeholders informed of any changes.
  • Own and resolve contract-related queries from customers and internal teams that affect revenue, working with the right teams to close issues quickly and satisfactorily.
  • Validate all new contracts transferred from Salesforce into M3 by checking proposals, pricing splits, client documents, purchase orders, rental and non-rental revenue checks, M3 item codes, fleet allocation, shared folder records, and invoicing details.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to confirm deliveries and collections so on-hire start dates, estimated end-of-hire dates, and off-hire dates are reflected correctly for revenue recognition, with CSR sending the required customer acknowledgements.
  • Maintain and close hire coordination cases and tasks in Salesforce.
  • Track daily revenue changes, secured report alignment, disputed revenue provisions, hire exchanges across contracts, and credit note impacts to keep contract records accurate throughout the lifecycle.
  • Handle call-off contracts, master agreements, purchase orders, and rate cards.
  • Follow up on LPOs and invoicing needs, including timesheets and summaries.
  • Work with CSR and the biller to track PO expiry dates, PO values, and required updates for LPO extensions in existing M3 agreements.
  • Record rental and non-rental revenue movement in weekly secured reports, on-hire/off-hire client summaries, and share updates with Finance.
  • Take part in weekly and month-end finance reviews to confirm the revenue recognition impact of contract changes and provide supporting contractual evidence.
  • Support contract audits and document reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Assist with cross-hire revenue management in M3, including recognition of supplier cost LPOs raised by Procurement and Logistics.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or contract administration in a B2B environment, ideally in rental operations.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM platforms such as Salesforce and M3.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A collaborative, results-focused approach with the ability to mentor across functions, solve problems proactively, manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and meet service levels.
