Role overview
KASIDER is looking for a senior operations leader to take charge of its organization-wide business functions in the United States. The role calls for a strategic, hands-on executive who can improve performance, strengthen workflows, and guide teams toward operational excellence.
What you will do
- Build and roll out operating strategies that support the company’s vision, targets, and growth plans.
- Oversee daily business activities so work runs efficiently, productively, and to a high service standard.
- Create, introduce, and refine workflows, operating procedures, and performance benchmarks.
- Track key operational KPIs and share findings and recommendations with senior leadership.
- Lead programs focused on efficiency gains, process improvement, automation, and cost control.
- Work with department heads to keep operations aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
- Handle resource planning, team allocation, budgeting, and operational forecasts.
- Spot operational risks and put mitigation measures in place to protect business continuity.
- Drive change management, organizational improvement, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory obligations, quality standards, and internal controls.
- Coach and develop managers and operational teams while building a culture of accountability and strong performance.
- Contribute to strategic planning, expansion efforts, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level reports, operational reviews, and business performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in operations, business management, supply chain, logistics, or a similar leadership function.
- Strong grasp of operational strategy, process improvement, and performance management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large operational setups.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and managing performance.
- Comfort using business systems, ERP platforms, analytics tools, and operational reporting dashboards.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
- Strong commercial understanding and broad business acumen.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- An MBA or other relevant leadership qualification is an added advantage.
