Role overview
DaleelStore is hiring a senior operations leader to own the organization’s operations and shared services setup. The purpose of the role is to improve efficiency, bring consistency to day-to-day execution, and strengthen operational excellence across the business.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This person should be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and motivated by creating scalable, well-organized processes that help the company grow.
