Opportunity

An upcoming load and haul project at Yandi has created an opening for skilled Grader / All Rounder Operators. This role suits operators who value safe, efficient machine handling across multiple items of mobile plant in a mining production setting.

Working arrangement

• 2/1 roster with one week of night shift and one week of day shift
• Work location: Yandi
• Client/site: Rio Tinto
• Environment: mining production operations

Key tasks

The role involves operating mobile plant safely and productively across a range of earthmoving activities within the project scope.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will bring proven experience on CAT graders, plus the ability to operate a 40t Moxy (ADT) and an 8x6 water cart. Strong time management, adaptability, and a commitment to safe work practices are important for success in this position.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience operating CAT graders
• Essential experience with a 40t Moxy (ADT)
• Essential experience operating an 8x6 water cart
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
• Possession of nationally accredited tickets
• Current HR licence
• Valid White Card
• Australian working rights
• Strong time management and flexibility to respond to changing priorities
