Responsibilities
- Oversee all front office activities, facilitating efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Address visitor inquiries and issues professionally, delivering superior customer service.
- Maintain precise records of all guest interactions and transactions, including room bookings and personal details.
- Liaise with various internal departments, such as housekeeping, to guarantee the smooth delivery of services.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience within the hospitality sector or a comparable domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in front office procedures, encompassing reception desk protocols and professional telephone communication.
- Exceptional communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with a wide range of clients.
- Competence in utilizing computer systems for reservation management software.
