About the Role

The Narmco Group is a Windsor-based Tier One automotive manufacturer recognized for metal stamping and assembly. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking an Estimator to join its professional team in a challenging, hands-on role.

What You Will Do

This position focuses on building accurate cost estimates using automotive engineering drawings and technical specifications. The estimates will support the production of automotive metal stampings and welded assemblies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of stamping operations, tool and die build processes, and assembly work.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience preparing quotes in stamping, tool and die, or welded assembly environments.
• Prior exposure to tool and die process development, die design, or die simulation is considered an advantage.
• Comfort using database and spreadsheet applications as part of daily work.

Compensation

The stated salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000.
