Role Overview

Venchi is hiring an experienced Ecommerce Executive in Singapore to support the planning and delivery of e-commerce initiatives that strengthen online visibility, improve digital performance, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out growth initiatives for e-commerce using data to improve traffic, sales, repeat purchases, and customer loyalty.
• Manage day-to-day online store operations, including website health, product catalogue accuracy, pricing, promotions, and service quality.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams and logistics partners to manage fulfilment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Bring together data into reports and insights to uncover customer pain points and recommend improvements to the shopping experience.
• Work in partnership with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to keep operations aligned.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to product management and expense tracking.
• Keep up to date with developments in digital commerce, customer experience, logistics, and the confectionery sector.
• Support website and platform refresh projects aimed at improving design, usability, and the end-to-end customer journey.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have 1 to 2 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably with physical consumer products, direct-to-consumer delivery, and website revamp projects. Familiarity with customer journey design, website updates, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, and Dynamics 365 is preferred. Experience working with logistics teams to improve order fulfilment and delivery is also important, along with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, organisation, leadership, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
