Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site e-commerce position in Bareilly. The role focuses on managing online catalog content, keeping pricing and inventory information current, and making sure product details and images are accurate across digital selling platforms. You will also oversee order tracking, coordinate with the store and warehouse so deliveries go out on time, and handle customer questions connected to online orders. The position involves reviewing performance data, spotting ways to improve conversion, working with sales and marketing on promotions, and helping maintain a smooth journey from browsing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Revise pricing, inventory status, product details, and product images whenever needed.
- Track orders and coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment.
- Respond to customer queries related to online purchases and support issue resolution.
- Review sales reports and monitor website or platform performance on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities to improve online conversion and support revenue growth.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Help ensure a consistent and efficient customer experience from product discovery through delivery.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a strong grounding in e-commerce and sales, along with the ability to support online merchandising and revenue growth. Good customer service and communication skills are important for handling questions and resolving concerns professionally. Analytical ability is needed to interpret sales data, track performance indicators, and suggest improvements. Comfort with basic computer use, online tools, and spreadsheet software is expected. Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce operations will be an advantage. The role requires someone who can work on-site in Bareilly, manage several tasks at once, and collaborate well with different teams.
Education Requirement
