Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dental Laboratory Technician in the Riyadh Region. The selected candidate will prepare, adjust, and repair dental prosthetics, including dentures and related restorations, based on prescriptions and specifications from dental professionals. The job includes building models, positioning teeth, finishing and polishing appliances, and confirming proper fit and function. The technician will also support equipment upkeep, material handling, and compliance with infection control and quality assurance standards. Coordination with dentists and laboratory colleagues will be important for clarifying requirements, resolving case issues, and helping cases move efficiently to completion.

Responsibilities

• Produce, modify, and repair dental prosthetics and restorations according to clinical prescriptions and technical specifications.
• Prepare working models, arrange teeth, and complete finishing and polishing steps for dental appliances.
• Check that prosthetic appliances meet expected standards for fit, function, and appearance.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment in proper working condition.
• Manage laboratory materials and support organized case workflow.
• Follow infection prevention, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures at all times.
• Work with dentists and other laboratory staff to confirm details, solve technical issues, and meet delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Strong practical laboratory abilities, including safe handling of materials, use of equipment, and adherence to standard procedures.
• Hands-on knowledge of dental technology and the ability to create customized prosthetics to specification.
• Basic understanding of dentistry and clinical requirements related to patient needs.
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory setting, including case handling and documentation.
• Experience in making, adjusting, and repairing dentures with attention to fit, function, and aesthetics.
• A diploma or certification in Dental Technology or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret technical instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work full time on-site, manage several cases, and meet deadlines in a team-based setting.
• Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
