Role Overview
Dubai Camel Hospital in Dubai is looking for a UAE National to take on the role of Customer Service Supervisor. This full-time, on-site position is focused on leading the front desk and customer service function to ensure visitors and clients receive a polished, efficient, and welcoming experience throughout their interaction with the hospital.
What the Role Involves
- Lead the day-to-day work of the reception and customer service team.
- Make sure every client and visitor receives a high standard of service.
- Oversee appointment bookings, patient check-in, and front-desk workflow.
- Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide, support, and coach team members so service expectations are consistently met.
- Create schedules and confirm the desk is properly staffed at all times.
- Work closely with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, nursing staff, and other departments to keep service operations running smoothly.
- Track customer satisfaction and suggest practical improvements to the client experience.
- Compile operational updates, service performance figures, and customer feedback summaries.
- Ensure hospital rules, quality requirements, and confidentiality standards are followed.
- Support customer service projects and ongoing improvement efforts.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the hospital management system.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be UAE Nationals and must have a valid Family Book.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, front office, or client-facing roles is needed.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in supervising a team or leading people is expected.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- You should bring strong leadership ability, good interpersonal skills, and sound problem-solving capability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or hospital management systems will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Background
- Experience in a hospital, medical clinic, veterinary hospital, hospitality setting, or government service environment is preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to front-office administration and escalation handling is valuable.
- Understanding of service quality standards and performance indicators is an added benefit.
- Comfort working with people from different cultural backgrounds is desirable.
