Role overview
In this New Zealand-based customer service role, you will be an important link between customers and the Territory Management team. The position focuses on providing a smooth customer experience, supporting order processing from start to finish, and working with internal teams to keep operations efficient and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer orders, delivery requests, and related follow-up with accuracy, including correct pricing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Act as a dependable first point of contact and nurture positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Arrange logistics activities such as shipment coordination, supporting documentation, and day-to-day dispatch work with manufacturing sites.
- Monitor inventory across offsite plants and help maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and reconciliation.
- Manage intercompany orders and communications so customers receive timely updates on availability and delivery status.
- Provide administrative support to the Territory Management team, including reporting and documentation tasks.
- Keep records, inboxes, and filing systems well organized to support smooth daily operations.
- Carry out stock counts for consignment customers and support replenishment planning and execution.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should bring at least one year of experience in customer service, administration, or sales support. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, organized in approach, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once. Good judgment, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a practical, solution-focused attitude are important for success in this role. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, while experience using SAP would be beneficial.
