About the Role
This opportunity is with a rapidly expanding restaurant technology business that provides an integrated operating platform for restaurants. The solution brings together AI, online ordering, POS, kitchen operations, and logistics into one system.
The company is seeking a motivated graduate or early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys a fast-moving environment, learns quickly, and takes pride in delivering a strong customer experience. This role is intended as a launchpad for someone who wants exposure to how a high-growth startup operates from the inside.
In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for new merchant customers, taking ownership of the full onboarding and launch journey to ensure restaurants move onto the platform smoothly and confidently.
What You Will Do
- Lead the onboarding process for new restaurant customers and make sure every setup step is completed accurately and on time.
- Support merchants through WhatsApp, email, and in-person conversations, keeping them informed and comfortable as launch day approaches.
- Travel to merchant locations to assist with POS hardware installation, basic system setup, and training for staff; full training will be provided.
- Serve as the first responder during the launch phase, troubleshooting issues quickly and working with internal teams to ensure a clean handoff.
- Keep onboarding documentation up to date and suggest improvements that help the deployment process become faster and more effective.

Compensation
The offered salary range is SGD 3,500 to SGD 4,500.
